M. JAY MADDUX: Jay has educational background in criminology and psychology from Sam Houston University in Texas. He spent three years as a guard in the psychology department at the Texas Department of Corrections followed by ten years as a Project Manager in the construction industry. In Wisconsin for the past fifteen years, Jay has been in the photography business, has volunteered at the Waukesha County Juvenile Delinquent Center, and has been actively involved in youth ministry. He and his wife, Sue, started a youth teen-home three years ago, called SonWorshippers, out of their Waukesha County home. In October 2005, Jay took on the acting role of Executive Director at the Waukesha Teen Center.
